Tribe is building 140-room annex

Thunderstorms pushing east across the Oklahoma-Arkansas state line also pushed the ceremony marking the start of hotel construction inside the Cherokee Casino on Wednesday, but it didn't dampen tribe officials' hopes for the new building.
