Crafty youth: Thriving junior exhibit backbone of county fair

When visiting the 152nd annual Washington County Fair, take a moment to take a detour from the midway carnival rides, away from the flavorful food line and beyond the livestock barns. Only then and there will you arrive at one of the true backbones of what a county fair was and still is all about.
