Cradduck's coat drive ending in bang

When students arrive for his September conceal-and-carry class, Rogers Police Sgt. Kelley Cradduck won't accept a dime. Not this time anyway. Those attending the class to obtain a permit allowing them to carry a gun must pay in clothing, specifically a coat.
