Dear Psychoanalyzer, It was wholly a pleasure, or at least a wry amusement, to be told that the reason I had to go and mention Mary Jo Kopechne in recounting the life and times of Ted Kennedy in an obituary editorial was that I secretly envied his celebrity's life with its endless partygoing, heavy drinking, and general carousing.
