Rogers man claims self-defense in fatal brawl

Clifford Dale Casteel of Rogers was led by a Benton County Sheriff's Office deputy to a vehicle for Casteel's return to the Benton County Jail after a bond hearing at the Benton County Courthouse Annex in Bentonville on Monday morning. Casteel has been charged with second-degree murder in the death of Billy Ray Buckley.
