Lab tests void, say attorneys
Defense claims data insufficient

A judge should exclude all of the state's DNA-testing evidence in the case against the Dover man accused of murdering Arkansas Tech University student Nona Dirksmeyer, in part due to delays in obtaining evidence, defense attorneys said.
