Arkansas lottery set to roll out Powerball
Some retailers offer tips on playing

Powerball ticket sales are to begin Saturday night in Arkansas’ lottery, and some retailers have created their own displays to help customers learn how to play the multistate game that carries a minimum jackpot of $20 million.
