Does coroner’s duties justify boost in expenses?

Serving the public as a county coroner can’t be a line of work most people aspire to get into. The hours are long. The pay isn’t going to make anyone rich. And the credit is minimal. When is the last time you sent Washington County Coroner Roger Morris a thank-you note for being so dedicated to the deceased?
