100 YEARS AGO Oct. 29, 1909 Alleging that the channel of the Arkansas river is blocked at the Rob Roy bridge below Pine Bluff by the Cotton Belt Railroad, suit was entered yesterday against the railroad in the Pulaski Circuit Court by the Little Rock Packet Company, asking $10,510.42 in damages. The plaintiff demands $10,000 for alleged loss of trade and $510.42 for actual damages.
