UCA gives overhaul to security measures

Memorial honors ’08 shooting victims

Students at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway on Monday walk past part of a memorial for two students who were killed on the campus in October 2008.

A year after two students were fatally shot at the University of Central Arkansas, the school has expanded its security and notification system while also taking time to honor the victims.
