Planning commissioners deny dog facility

A conditional-use permit was defeated Monday for a dog boarding and training facility on Old Farmington Road, after Fayetteville Advertising and Promotion Commission Director Marilyn Heifner expressed concern about noise impacting four hotels adjacent to the property.
