Halloween concert rescheduled due to Razorback game change

The Arkansas Philharmonic has rescheduled the Halloween-themed concert “Monster Mash” scheduled for Saturday at the Walton Arts Center when the start time for the Razorback football game was changed to 6 p.m. The orchestra will perform a Valentine’sthemed concert on Feb. 13 instead.
