Fees may be coming to one of our favorite lots

Acouple of nights ago we were on our way to a restaurant near Dickson Street to meet old friends. Naturally, our first thought was to leave our car in the expansive (and free) parking lot adjacent to the Walton Arts Center, which sits in the very heart of Fayetteville’s downtown.
