SPRINGDALE: Mayor’s plan cuts expenses for ’10 by 3%
Proposed budget still has $700,000 for pay increases

Mayor Doug Sprouse on Friday unveiled his proposed 2010 general fund budget, and the trimmed outlay contains raises for almost all city employees.
