100 YEARS AGO Oct. 24, 1909 Should the injunction proceedings now in progress in the Chancery Court restraining City Electrician John W. Bleidt from interfering with the Jo Jo theater he decided in favor of the theater manager, it is extremely probable that the common council will in the near future pass an ordinance laying down an explicit set of rules for the regulation of the moving picture shows of the city.
