Bisbee talks Reverse 911 in Bella Vista

When Benton County Judge Dave Bisbee for the first time held a Friday press conference in Bella Vista, he was sure to address the issue of the county’s potential adoption of an emergency telephone notification system. “Back earlier this year, we had a pretty large debacle over Reverse 911,” Bisbee said during his first public press conference in Bella Vista. “I know Bella Vista is quite interested in Reverse 911.” When asked when the county might have an emergency telephone notification system in place, Bisbee could only say that the final decision is up to the Quorum Court. He noted that he has three requirements for any such system Benton County purchases.
