Shareholders to vote on deal with JBS

A proposed sale of bankrupt Texas-based Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. to JBS SA lacks only the final thumbs-up from Pilgrim’s shareholders for the Brazilian beef processor to enter the U.S. poultry market.
