List lacks true peacemakers Bradley Gitz has clearly outdone himself with the offering where he identifies “real peacemakers,” including Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher and others for their peacemaking efforts. Based on his list, it is clear that Gitz’s idea of peacemaking is maintaining the social order through oppression; in other words, the concept of playground bully as peacemaker.
