NORTHWEST TERRITORY: Hunting of deer hard to judge

Cool and mostly cloudy weather coinciding with a new moon should have meant good hunting for Saturday’s opening of the muzzleloader deer season, but it’s difficult to tell from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s deer harvest report.
