Street and trail plans are headed to the Rogers City Council after discussion at public hearings.

Public hearings for the Master Street Plan and the Greenways Trail System were scheduled Wednesday to accommodate residents’ comments without sacrificing time for the Planning Commission meeting. So the city scheduled an hour for each topic, but it became quickly apparent that was overkill.
