TENNIS STATE CHAMPIONSHIPSf: Little Rock Central senior fights off pain in final

Little Rock Central’s Mario Martinez overcame severe leg cramps to defeat Fayetteville’s Rob Hodous 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (5) and win the Class 7A state tennis championship on Tuesday in Fayetteville.
The only thing more impressive than Mario Martinez’s effort was the streak he willed himself to continue.
