100 YEARS AGO Oct. 21, 1909 The advisability of bringing suits against the Iron Mountain and Cotton Belt railroads for violation of the anti-trust law, on a charge of entering into an agreement on rates has been under consideration for some time by the Railroad Commission and its attorneys.
