Roman Polanski suffered another legal setback Tuesday when a Swiss court refused to release him on bail out of concern that he would leave the country. Polanski was arrested last month in Zurich and faces extradition to Los Angeles for sentencing in the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl more than three decades ago.
