Flying ahead

Thanks to grant and stimulus dollars, the completion of a second runway/outboard taxiway at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport is now two years ahead of schedule.

It may have taken the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport more than four long years of planning and lobbying for funding to arrive at the actual groundbreaking of an outboard taxiway/alternative runway, but since the turn of the calendar year, the realization of that desperately needed project has been moving nothing short of full speed ahead.
