County looks for ways to trim budget

A donation to the Washington County HIV Clinic was discussed.

As justices of the peace delved into the county’s proposed 2010 operating budget Tuesday night, they were looking for ways to trim an already lean budget. One item that raised some criticism was a $17,000 donation to the Washington County HIV Clinic.
