Agency: No decision yet on city phosphorus limits

The low phosphorus limit on a new Northwest Arkansas sewer plant doesn’t foreshadow what the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will mandate for other sewer plants in the Illinois River watershed, a federal official said Tuesday.
