Don’t target medical-‘pot’ realm, U.S. prosecutors told

Marijuana-smoking patients or their sanctioned suppliers should not be targeted for federal prosecution in states that allow medical marijuana, the Justice Department informed prosecutors Monday in a new policy memo.
