City salaries up, but not like past years
Rogers employees will receive a 2 percent raise in 2010.

For the past two years, city employees here have received hearty raises, as the city awarded the greater of either a 5 percent increase or an extra $1 per hour. They will still get a raise this year, but one not quite so large.
