Cleveland Strees has become dangerous. Can it be fixed?

A good bit of Fayetteville’s Cleveland Street is a narrow, sloping bit of twolane road stretching from Sang Avenue to Razorback Road. This particular portion is located atop an even older hillside. It also isn’t an easy path to climb, which explains the use Razorback athletes have extracted from it over the years.
