Taking the case : More than five decades after starting his career as a lawyer, Charlie Davisí affection for the courtroom has not waned

Charlie Davis, who began his career in 1954, is one of the longest continuously practicing lawyers in Northwest Arkansas. Davis has also served as the mayor of Springdale, state representative and was an FBI agent.
Used to be, when Charlie Davis entered a courtroom, he always carried a $50 bill with him. Just in case he got held in contempt of court. He never had to use it. But as a lawyer committed to going all out for a client, he knew it was a possibility.
