NORTHERN LIGHTS LULAC dinner raises $20,000 for scholarships

Nearly 250 elegantly dressed guests stood before the American flag, lifted their voices together in “The Star-Spangled Banner” and recited the Pledge of Allegiance before sitting down together for dinner, exemplifying the “united” quality of League of United Latin American Citizens Council 754.
