Cities study, try parking by wireless

Another way to pay Cities and parking-industry companies have in recent years offered ways for drivers to use their cell phones to make paying for parking more convenient. POM Inc. of Russellville is hoping its new system, which applies high-tech gadgetry to a keep-it-simple philosophy, will soon catch on.
