Revenue plunge has state weighing cuts

CHARLIE FRAGO ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE The state’s budget chief said Friday that last month’s general revenue, the biggest monthly drop in 20 years, has his staff working to decide in the coming weeks if budget cuts are needed.
