Conspiracies in politics are as numerous as long-winded speeches. You will find them in campaigns as lowly as mayoral offices in small towns all the way to the presidency of a nation. They likely have little meaning until the office involved is exceptionally meaningful. But when we deal with the office of the presidency, the importance of the conspiracy grows exponentially.
