As cold sets in, Twilight Walk bows out

Colleen Rooney, left, and Monica Seiler danced the Pennsylvania Polka with other members of Ballet Westside to start the Third-Friday Twilight Walk Octoberfest in downtown Rogers on Friday night.
The Third Friday Twilight Walk went out Friday with a polka and a whimper.
