It’s good to see area leaders stand together on water issue

For northwest Arkansas residents, Fayetteville used to be just about the only place to go for anything. Whether you were seeking food, shopping or entertainment, it was always Fayetteville, Fayetteville, Fayetteville. (Unless you were willing to go all the way to Tulsa, that is.) Over the years, that’s changed a bit. Though Fayetteville remains our region’s heaviest hitter, other cities are growing up and becoming destinations for different reasons. Rogers has the Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Springdale has minor-league baseball and The Jones Center. Bentonville hosts the world’s largest retailer and will soon be home to a world-class art museum.
