Downpours drench region, close roads

Rides at State Fair shut down; more rain moving into state by Thursday

Steady, drenching rain across much of Arkansas on Tuesday flooded dozens of roads, inundated already soaked crops, shuttered Arkansas State Fair rides and likely caused a building collapse in Monticello.
