Coops’ litter used nearby, scientist says

Geochemist continues testimony in trial’s 8th day

Manure from chickens and turkeys in the Illinois River watershed is commonly spread only a short distance from the farms where it is produced, a geochemist testified Tuesday in U.S. District Court.
