Pelphrey to hit airwaves with his own radio show

— Arkansas basketball coach John Pelphrey will take part in a live radio show this winter on Monday evenings at 7 p.m., the UA athletic department announced Sunday.

The live show will last one hour at Louie’s on Joyce Street in Fayetteville and feature Pelphrey talking about the Razorbacks and any other topics brought up bythose in attendance or through email submission.

The 12-show schedule is slated to begin Dec. 21 and end March 8, the Monday prior to the Southeastern Conference Tournament.

“We are excited about the addition of John Pelphrey Live to the Razorback Sports Network lineup,” Arkansas athletics director Jeff Long said. “This is a great opportunity for Razorback fansto stay up to date with our men’s basketball program. I know our fans across the state will enjoy hearing from coach Pelphrey each week as he shares insight on his coaches, student-athletes and the Razorback basketball program.”

Stations in the Razorback Sports Network from ISP that are scheduled to carry the John Pelphrey Live broadcast include 46 affiliates from across the state.
