Owners cite successful lawsuit by former franchisee

The Bath Junkie store at 322 President Clinton Ave. in Little Rock’s River Market area was open for business Monday.
Bath Junkie Inc. of Fayetteville has filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, weeks after its owners, Judy and Jon Zimmer, filed for bankruptcy protection, citing a successful lawsuit by a former franchisee.
