’93 victims seen with stepfather

Neighbors contradict man’s testimony in 3 boys’ killings

Neighbors of one of the three West Memphis boys killed in 1993 say in affidavits filed with the Arkansas Supreme Court on Monday that they saw the youngsters with one of the boys’ stepfather shortly before they were reported missing.
