Cooley in ‘tough’ spot facing UCA

The last time Central Arkansas Coach Clint Conque and Northwestern State offensive coordinator Todd Cooley were standing on opposite sidelines was Nov. 26, 2004, when the Bears beat Arkansas Tech 38-31 in two overtimes.
