Judge sees no coerced confession in Pressly case

Testifying against the advice of his attorneys, the Marianna man accused of raping and killing TV news anchor Anne Pressly said Wednesday that he is the victim of a frame-up by investigators who threatened and abused him before getting him to implicate himself in the slaying through “police trickery.”
