An updated institution : Familiar Mexican restaurant opens new location in Springdale

And then there were four. La Huerta Bar & Grill now has four locationsin Northwest Arkansas with the newest in Springdale. All of these traditional Mexican food restaurants are owned by Melinto Montez. However, this particular restaurant, which has open about a month, is trying a few different things, said Jose M. Torres, assistant manager of the Springdale location.
