Governor’s appointments

Gov. Mike Beebe has made these appointments, his office announced Wednesday: To the Arkansas Science and Technology Authority: Bradford Caldwell, Wynne, for a term expiring Jan. 14, 2012, replacing Johnny Hooks; and Dr. Carl Fredrickson, Conway, for a term expiring Jan. 14, 2010, replacing Steve Seidman.
