MY POINT EXACTLY : FHS can’t relinquish momentum after big win

Fayetteville knows firsthand the toll an emotional conclusion can take. Momentum is fickle and the Purple Dogs have experienced their share of issues holding onto its slippery form. The Purple Dogs’ 42-37 triumph over Missouri power Jefferson City last season placed them on a pedestal so high there was nowhere to go but down. And plummet they did with four straight losses.
