Go beyond patching holes I agree with Congressman Vic Snyder : We need to reform health care. However, the proposals simply patch our broken system. The flaw is that individuals depend on employers for insurance. They have no choice except for that provided to them. Then when they lose their job or transfer, they are in trouble.
