First hearing in water suit set for Nov. 12

The Tontitown Water and Sewer Commission’s ongoing lawsuit with Washington Water Authority and Rural Development Authority will continue through at least mid-November, City Attorney Mark Dossett told aldermen Tuesday during a monthly City Council meeting.
