CRAWFORD COUNTY: Jailer is said to have set up inmate attack

Charge: Revenge spurred offer of contraband coffee

A Crawford County jailer was suspended from duties Monday after his arrest on charges he provided contraband to a prisoner in exchange for the prisoner’s assaulting another inmate.
