Deadline nears to seek e-mails in UA lawsuit

A Fort Smith attorney has until Thursday to send 39 letters asking for the return of e-mails he subpoenaed as part of a 2007 lawsuit that accused University of Arkansas officials of failing to protect a former Arkansas Razorbacks quarterback from harassment.
